Directions: From Main Street in Logan go west on 400 South, left on 500 West, right on 600 South, left on 575 West to #629. The building is the one pictured below. Note- you can only reach this address from 500 West because it is on a cul de sac.
Just walk in and have a seat in the waiting room on the left. Dr. Christian will greet you when he is done with the client ahead of you.
